We called 1 Tom Plumber in a time of crisis and they did not disappoint! My former employer (a local podiatry office) had used them many times with great experiences, so they were our first call when we ran into our own plumbing issue as homeowners. Even at 9 PM on a Saturday night, they answered right away. Our technician, Vinny Bradford, called shortly after, arrived promptly, and was incredibly friendly and professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue and put our minds at ease during a stressful situation. We will absolutely use 1 Tom Plumber again for any future plumbing needs!

Vinny came to the rescue the same day we called and fixed both our showers. He was very personable and gave me an upfront fair price for the work. He helped get me out of the hole I dug myself into and I'm super grateful to know I can count on a quality plumber day and night to come to the rescue. I will 100% be using this company in the future for our plumbing needs. If you're in need of a plumber I would definitely recommend this company.

Ricky and Austin came out as soon as they could, they were friendly and very respectful. They did amazing and explained what was wrong and fixed are issue. They will definitely be are first call if we ever have any issues.

Ricky & Preston were outstanding! They were on time, friendly and professional. They came out for a blocked washer drain that another company had quoted us $6800 to replace. It ended up being a soft clog that they were able to clear quickly. Everything is working great. Excellent customer service! In the future we will use them for any plumbing needs.

We had an emergency since we were only in town for 1 day. We called 1 Tom Plumber for help. Ricky arrived shortly after to help us, and he was so professional and knowledgeable about all our questions and concerns. Thankfully our issue was resolved promptly.
